Media Sales Consultant - Balclutha
Reporting to the Gore Sales Manager your role will involve fostering relationships with both current and prospective customers by developing advertising solutions that address their goals and support their business growth.
This dynamic position entails consulting and selling print and digital advertising across the Clutha Leader, Otago Daily Times, odt.co.nz, and other targeted publications. This is a permanent position where you will begin with an established client base. Training will be provided to assist you in expanding this base further.
The role is based at our Balclutha office this position can either be full-time or may suit someone who would like to work on a part-time basis between the hours 9:00am – 3:00pm. A valid driver’s license is required.
The successful candidate will have:
- Media or sales experience preferred but not essential as training will be provided
- Able to think creatively and develop solutions for clients
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, both over the phone and via email
- Have strong time management and organisational capability
- Have a sense of humour, strong team work ethic is reliable and can work to deadlines
