Windows System Administrator (Full-time Permanent)

We have an opportunity for a Windows Systems Administrator to manage and support our Microsoft Windows server and desktop infrastructure. You will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks with respect to computer hardware, software, network and user accounts including:

·           Managing Windows Server and workstation patching, software, driver and firmware updates via WSUS and other appropriate tools

·           Maintaining deployment images via WDS

·           Maintaining Active Directory and Group Policies

·           Managing end user device updates and replacements (workstations, laptops, tablets etc…)

This position will be part of the after-hours on-call roster with existing IT staff and be exposed to our newspaper, magazine and television workflows. There’s plenty to learn as we move to simplify and update our infrastructure.

This position is full-time permanent. Relocation assistance would be considered.
