Advertising and Sales Support Administrator - Invercargill (Part Time Permanent)
About the role:
We're looking for a motivated and well-organised Administrator to join our Advertising Sales Team.
Based in our Invercargill office, this part-time role (up to 27.5 hours per week) provides essential administrative support to our sales team, helping ensure a smooth and professional experience for both the sales team and clients.
Reporting to the Southern Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality service across our print and digital platforms, including Southland Express, Otago Daily Times, and odt.co.nz. Your responsibilities will include handling a variety of administrative tasks, managing processes, and responding to enquiries from internal teams and external customers with professionalism and care.
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities:
- Experience in a reception or office administration role
- A strong focus on accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential
- A high level of self-motivation, strong team work ethic, and can work to deadlines
- Confident in the use of M365 Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
