Distribution and Customer Services Manager - Dunedin (Permanent - Full Time)
Are you a driven leader with a background in supply chain, distribution or logistics? Are you passionate about customer service and operational efficiency? We are looking for our next Distribution and Customer Services Manager, based in Dunedin, to take charge of our delivery operations in the South.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, this key leadership role is responsible for ensuring our print publications are delivered on time, in great condition, and with outstanding customer care. This hands-on leadership role involves managing the Customer Services Team, Contractors and Delivery staff, ensuring performance targets are met, and working with teams across the business to maintain high service standards.
To be successful in this role you will:
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and support your people
- A problem-solver who’s proactive and able to manage multiple tasks
- Effective communicator with experience building relationships at all levels
- Confident with IT systems and digital tools
- Experience in distribution, logistics, or supply chain is highly desirable
